For the self-paced, self-disciplined, self-motivated camper who's ready to cut the guesswork from gym time with purposefully-programmed written workouts, including demo videos. Can't join us in-person or tune in virtually on Zoom? Not to worry! This monthly subscription gives you access to 3 simplified written workouts/week via TrueCoach remote training app that you can knock out, check in to and even leave feedback for Coach Kels at your convenience.
